This auction is for a bag of mixed 1909's-1950's wheat cents from all three mints Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco. I have done a sampling to check the dates and mints. I have found coins from the teens to fifties from all three mints in the large batch of wheats this bag comes from. I make no claim as to any specific year and or mint mark combinations.

About the Wheat Cent:
The Lincoln Wheat Cent was minted from 1909 - 1958. Three mints produced the cents and they are the Philadelphia mint, Denver Mint and San Francisco mint.
The Lincoln Wheat Cent is the most collected coin in the world. It serves as an easy and interesting collectible for the beginning collector of any age. The development and changes in the coin?s production, and therefore current value, depended upon many things including public outcry, war and
minting
accidents. The Wheat Penny is a staple in American society and has endured all steps of American 20th
-century growth.
In 1909 as the first wheat cents were issued a public outcry occurred because the designer had added his initials V.D.B to the bottom of the reverse. Congress and the Federal Reserve quickly acted to removed the initials. This issue created the most iconic U.S. Cents in history the 1909 S V.D.B., & 1909 V.D.B.

My name is Justin and I am the Owner of PFC Network. I am a disabled Army veteran (Infantryman) living on Social Security and Veterans administration Disability. I was injured on the battlefield in Iraq in 2005. After graduating from Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN in 2018 I decided I wanted to work my way off of disability, but I have 3 Brain Injuries and PTSD which limits what I can handle. Normal office work was overwhelming so I made the decision to start PFC Network because I loved coins, the collecting community and I found I can handle the Stress load.  I am very lucky to have a supportive and understanding numismatic community here in Minnesota.
