They make absolutely beautiful inlays. The colors really pop once they are embedded with CA glue or epoxy. Green base color and will flash green and teal in the light.
Largest stones are just around 2mm. Smaller stones can be 0.1 mm. The average is around 0.8 mm. Additionally, some fine dust is present as a byproduct of the crushing process.
If I need a beautiful colored inlay in my own small projects...I use this. Simple as that.
    How much do I need?
This is difficult to answer. But I will try my best in my experience with wood working.
1g of this material can easily do about 3 thin to medium inlays on a pen.
1g of this material can easily do a thin inlay on a ring. Perhaps even more (no promises though)
1g will probably be suffice to pack small voids.
2-4g would probably be needed to do a thin inlay around a bowl ( I have not personally done this. but it is just an estimate)
2-4g will probably be needed to pack medium sized occlusions.
If you have access to sand. That should be a good 1:1 indicator of how much you need (for small projects)
    Tip:
This material is fairly opaque. So if you have a large void to fill? Fill it in with epoxy. Then use a Dremel to take it back in 2-4 mm. Then use the new cavity for the inlay material.
    It'll save you some $$$.
However, there really is no substitute for experience. So, get out there and try it out.
    Discounts:
    Buy multiple to save $$$.
It cost me about to ship 1g of this material to you. It cost the same to ship 20g to you. So, buying in higher quantity allows me to pass some savings onto you.
    Imagery:
I have tried my best to provide the most accurate imagery to portray the size, colors, and texture of the material and final product. If you have any questions please send me a message I would be happy to answer them to the best of my ability.
Most of all. Thanks for your time.
