Parker Vacumatic Double Jewel, Gold/Chrome Trim, 14K Gold Nib, Speed Filler.
This pen is an interesting combination of gold and chrome trim.
The Pen is in overall good + condition.
The cap has chrome clip with 3 slim gold cap bands. The chrome on the clip is slightly worn (see photo). The gold bands are in very good condition and are secure without rotation. There are no cracks or scratches in the cap.
The nib is a fine 14K gold with the Parker Arrow design.
The barrel is in very good condition with clarity and a crisp imprint.
The filler is a lock down - placing this pen in the early to mid 1930s. it has some discoloration down the filler but has a nice brass end plate and operates smoothly.
The blind cap is short with gold trim that has some wear, similar to the clip (see photo).
The entire pen has been taken apart, cleaned, and polished by hand. It is ready to write.
