This vintage 2005 promotional poster was for a series of retrospective albums, Stax Profiles , on Concord Music Group Records by various artists who recorded on the Stax Records label. Artists in the series included Otis Redding, Albert King, Rufus Thomas, Carla Thomas, Booker T. & The MG's, Little Milton, Staple Singers, Johnnie Taylor, Eddie Floyd and Rance Allen. Poster was printed in limited quantities and distributed in select U.S.A. record stores and radio stations to promote the new album release. Poster has some minor edge wear but overall is in excellent condition. Colors are vivid since poster has been in storage for 16 years. I worked at various music stores over 35 years and stashed plenty of posters along the way. The attic is full and the closets are stuffed so its time to share with other music fans and collectors.
